At Tentation Latina, we prepare each order with the utmost care. Here is all the information regarding the preparation and delivery of your bags, wallets, and accessories.
1. Shipping Zones and Costs
We currently ship to Canada.
Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your package and your address.
2. Processing and Shipping Times
Preparation Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated Delivery Times: Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the standard delivery time is generally 7 to 10 business days.
Note: These times are estimates provided by postal services (e.g., Canada Post, Colissimo, DHL, Flagship). Tentation Latina is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package in real time on the carrier’s website.
4. Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address before confirming the order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address entered by the customer, or because it was not collected from the post office within the allotted time, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
If you request cancellation of a package that was returned to us for these same reasons, a refund will be issued, but the initial shipping costs will be deducted.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We ship our products in sturdy packaging to protect your items.
Damages: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@tentationlatina.ca with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
Losses/Thefts: Once the carrier’s status indicates that the package is “Delivered,” Tentation Latina is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you cannot find your package despite the “Delivered” status, we encourage you to check your mailbox, ask your neighbors, or contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
